1. Who we are

White Blink Private Limited ("White Blink", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in India, CIN U72900KA2020PTC134070, with its registered address at 1/1 Periot, Gajendra Nagar, Off Hosur Road, Adogudi Post, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560030, India. Latbase is our brand. We make and run the Latbase products and publish the Latbase apps on the App Store and on Google Play.

2. Two policies

This page covers this website, whiteblink.com, and what you send us as a company.
The Latbase privacy policy at latbase.com/privacy covers the Latbase products, websites and apps, among them the Latbase Leads app. It says what the apps collect, how the camera and the microphone are used, which AI services read pictures and voice notes, and how to delete an account.

For both, White Blink Private Limited is the company responsible for your personal data: the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

3. What we collect on this website

What you send us. When you write or call, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company and whatever you tell us.
Technical records. Our server notes the IP address, the time, the page asked for and the type of browser of each visit.
Analytics and session recording. We use, or may use, tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and PostHog to see how this website is used. They collect the IP address and the approximate location worked out from it, the type of device and browser, the page that brought you, the pages you open, what you click and scroll and how long you stay. A session recording is a replay of how a page was used. These tools store cookies or similar identifiers in your browser, which you can block or delete in its settings. Their providers handle the data under their own terms and may use it to improve their own products and services, including their AI models.

This website has no accounts and no forms, and it does not ask for payment details.

4. How we use it

To answer you and to do what you asked.
To run this website, keep it safe and improve it.
To meet our legal duties and to defend our rights.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Who we share it with

The companies that host this website and provide our email, and the analytics providers named above.
Google and Unsplash. The typeface and two of the photographs on this website are loaded from their servers, which see your IP address when your browser asks for them.
Advisers and authorities, such as lawyers, auditors, courts and regulators, where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
A company that takes over our business or a part of it. We plan to move the Latbase business to a company of its own; if we do, the data that belongs to that business moves with it under the same policy.

Some of these companies are outside India, among them in the United States, so your data may be sent to and processed in other countries.

6. How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as we are in touch and for as long afterwards as the law requires or a dispute may need it. We delete personal data within 60 days of a request to delete it, and from our backups within 90 days, unless the law makes us keep it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it, and to record a person who may use these rights for you if you are unable to. Write to privacy@whiteblink.com. We answer within a working day and complete requests within the time the law gives us. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

This website and our products are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may change this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
